Todd S. Udall CPA
Todd specializes in high-level tax planning, tax preparation, business advisory services, including retirement planning alternatives. His emphasis has been predominately focused on servicing professional firms such as physicians, dentists, attorneys, engineers, architects and consultants. Todd’s clients receive valuable advice to enhance optimal business growth while minimizing taxes. Additionally, Todd has a broad range of other clients ranging from wholesale to manufacturing and retail to real estate.
Many of the business owners Todd services are high net worth individuals with specific needs in which proper tax planning significantly impacts the client’s financial affairs. Estate and pension planning are examples of tax saving structures used to minimize taxes and maximize savings and future growth.
Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the AICPA section for Personal Financial Planning – PFP. Todd has obtained his FINRA Series 65 License and is Life Insurance licensed in Nevada, Utah, and California.
In 1989, Todd received his Masters of Taxation and Bachelors in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He currently serves as Eagle Scout Board member and continues to be involved with the Boy Scouts of America in various capacities. He coached youth soccer, basketball and baseball for the Henderson Park and Recreations Department and Nevada Youth Soccer Leagues for over 10 years.
Thomas (Tom) M. Udall CPA
Tom’s experience in public accounting with “Big 4” and local accounting firms provides a level of expertise and specialization ranging from consolidated multi-state corporations and large partnerships to high-level individual tax issues. Consequently, his clients take comfort in knowing that his tax knowledge and experience applies to, and aids, a wide variety of taxpayers.
Tom’s clientele ranges from large professional services firms including doctors and dentist groups to manufacturing, construction, and real estate investment companies.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tom has also obtained his FINRA Series 65 license.
Tom received his Masters of Accountancy degree with an emphasis in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1989.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys community service; and attending his children’s sporting events and theatrical performances. Tom also enjoys vacationing in Hawaii, cruising, and attending BYU football games.
Alan G. Erickson CPA
Alan brings 11 years of experience with an international CPA firm serving private and publicly held companies in the Bay Area, and along the Wasatch Front. His primary focus has been on tax compliance and tax consulting services in the real estate industry for multi-tiered partnership and S-corporation structures. He also has experience providing federal, state and local, and international tax compliance and consulting services to corporations and individuals. Industries served in addition to real estate include technology, construction, professional sports, professional services and manufacturing.
In 2001, Alan earned a B.S. in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy degree with an emphasis in Tax from Brigham Young University. Alan has also obtained his FINRA Series 65 license.
Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Alan enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, sports, and various other activities with his family. Alan currently resides in Holladay, Utah with his wife and 4 children.

Michael started his career in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch & Company. There he obtained his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Michael is a CFP® professional. The designation comes with extensive training in financial planning, estate planning, insurance, investments, taxes, employee benefits and retirement planning as well as in CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct, which are rigorously enforced. He has also been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, (AIF®) designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies™ (the Center), the standards-setting body for fi360.
Michael is passionate about helping investors simplify their financial lives. He works to deliver best in class customer service to clients, and strives to help clients achieve their financial and life goals. He currently serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.

Fraser grew up in British Columbia, Canada. He left Canada to attend Yavapai Junior College in Prescott, Arizona on a collegiate baseball scholarship. He continued his baseball career at Louisiana Tech University. Fraser completed his education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Fraser began his accounting career after graduating from UNLV in 2002.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Fraser is confident that his approach to client service greatly benefits his clients. Additionally, he has assisted many clients by minimizing their tax burden through creative planning and knowledgeable tax return preparation.
